As far as overall build of the arcade, you'll find all of the electronics enclosed for general safety with an easy to access door on the back side in case that you would like to tinker with the cabinet or if there is any kind of support needed during your ownership.

We take care of the whole shipping process so you can sit back and relax while we work on your order.

While your order is being built, we'll start booking your arcade with a carrier so we are able to ship as soon as possible.

All of our cabinets have Free Shipping so there will no be no hidden or extra charges upon the cabinet delivery.

Our shipping method will be a D2D (door to door) service where the cabinet will be dropped off at your front door. If you need an extra pair of hands to set the cabinet inside your home, we highly recommend that you can arrange something prior to delivery so you don't miss any time enjoying our cabinet.

We know that unexpectedly, anyone can have a sudden change of events and we'll try to assist you to the best of our capabilities. Please keep in mind that as soon as we receive your order, we will start working on it with the logistics side of things, getting your panel pieces cut, designing your wrap and any other extra preparation task that we'll have to perform in order to fulfill your order.

Cancelations requested three (3) business days after the order is placed, will be subject of a 20% charge of the total order cost.

Our usual lead time is around 2 - 3 weeks since the order is placed for the cabinet to be picked up, after that, it'll take around 1 to 3 weeks to arrive to you depending on your location.

We ship all of our cabinets by ground so distance from us (We are located in Central Florida) will be a factor on determining the most accurate lead time.

At Gen-X Arcades, customer satisfaction is our main goal. If you are having any issues with the Arcade, our team will jump out and help you out on getting everything fixed ASAP so you can beat the level you are stuck in.

With the gaming side of things aside, we will always be here to correct any errors on the system and/or replace any parts if it's needed in order to have a fully functioning cabinet, so you can have a great experience while using the arcade.

If after getting everything addressed you are still considering on returning the Arcade, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the customer needs to take care of the shipping cost and process to get it to us, and if any damage occurs to the cabinet during shipping, it will be deducted from the refundable price after a proper report is presented to you for your acceptance.
